Surrey is the province's second-largest city by population, is only a two-hour drive from Seattle, and only a short drive from downtown Vancouver. Neighbourhoods in Surrey include:
Crescent Beach: Home to the Crescent Beach Pier, Camp Alexandra, and the Blacke Spit Regional park. The Crescent Beach neighborhood is a close knit and eventful place with a long and interesting history.
Crescent Heights: A neighborhood in South Surrey, Crescent Heights has several lovely homes that are right near Crescent Beach.
Elgin: A beautiful neighborhood located close to the Nyco-Wynd Golf Club, with all sorts of schools and exciting recreational areas.
Grandview Heights: A long stretch located between the Pacific Highway and the Vancouver-Blaine Highway, Grandview heights has been growing in both residentially and commercially since 2008.
Hazelmere: Located near the Canada and Us boarder, Hazelmere has a host of different places and activities for those who choose to settle down there. fish and Game clubs, paintball and other outdoor activities are always close by.
Johnson Heights: A North Surrey neighborhood that is just up the road from Tynehead Park and a stones throw from the Guildford town centre, the perfect balance can be found here. Morgan Creek: A neighborhood that rests closer to South Surrey, Morgan creek also has a few Golf clubhouses nearby, as well as a quick walk down the street to more beautiful BC green areas.
Ocean Park: Close to Crescent beach, Ocean park has a water front walk located at the end of 128th street. There are stairs down to the water front and some very inviting nature trails. The second walk is a tidal-beach walk known as the Ocean Park Shoreline Walk.
Sunnyside: Home to the Sunnyside Acres Urban forest, this neighborhood is located between the Crescent Beach, Ocean Park, and Elgin neighborhoods.
